adnexitis

an inflammation of the adnexal organs of the uterus, such as the ovaries or fallopian tubes.

adnexitis

Inflammation of uterine adnexae, round and broad ligament and ovaries.

Clinical findings
Uni- or bilateral lower abdominal pain, fever, vaginal discharge, dysmenorrhoea, nausea, vomiting and malaise.

Management
Antibiotics.
