an inflammation of the vulva resulting from chafing of the vulvar lips, accumulation of sebaceous material, atopic reactions, local infections, or other causes that are nonvenereal.

Vulvitis resulting from chafing of the opposed lips of the vulva, nonvenereal infection, or accumulated sebaceous material around the clitoris.
