Neurology A condition caused by partial or complete paralysis of wrist extensors, a manifestation of peripheral neuropathy accompanied by a loss of acral motor activity Etiology Amyloidosis, Charcot-Marie-Tooth syndrome, collagen vascular diseases, diabetic mononeuropathy, lead poisoning, severe vitamin B12 deficiency.
