Maxide

A proprietary formulation of triamterene, a potassium-conserving diuretic, with the natriuretic agent hydrochlorothiazide, resulting in reduced sodium retention.

Adverse effects
Jaundice, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation, anorexia, drowsiness, fatigue, insomnia, headache, dizziness, dry mouth,  tachycardia, shortness of breath, chest pain, orthostatic hypotension,  acute renal failure, acute interstitial nephritis, kidney stones.
