A rare malignant tumour of the lungs which affects adults, average age 43, and is linked to tobacco use.
Clinical findings
Asymptomatic to symptoms of nonspecific lung disease.
Imaging
Usually a large peripheral nodule.
Management
Surgical excision.
Prognosis
Poor; 16% 5-year survival.
Poor prognosticators
