bethanechol-sensivity test

A test in which bethenechol chloride is given subcutaneously, to differentiate between types of neurogenic bladder; in autonomous neurogenic bladder and sensory paralytic bladder, bethanechol response is exaggerated; in motor paralysis, there is no response.
