Eadie-Hofstee plot

(ē'de hahf'stē), a graphic representation of enzyme kinetic data in which velocities, v, are plotted on the vertical axis as a function of the v:[S] ratio on the horizontal axis. On occasion, these axes are reversed. Sometimes referred to as the Eadie-Augustinsson plot or Woolf-Eadie-Augustinsson-Hofstee plot.
