An extremely rare condition described as an X-linked disorder characterised by primary adrenal insufficiency, dystrophic myopathy, severe psychomotor retardation, fatty degeneration of the liver, chronic constipation, megacornea, massive bladder ectasia. 
Note: The authors of the single report in the literature viewed this condition as distinct from adrenoleukodystrophy and glycerol kinase deficiency.
