Acute Myocardial Infarction Study of Adenosine. A clinical trial to determine the efficacy of IV adenosine with either streptokinase or tPA in limiting the size of acute MIs. 

Conclusion
33% decrease in infarct size seen with adenosine and 67% if the infarction was anterior in location; clinical outcomes with adenosine were slightly worse than with placebo.
