ADRB1

A gene on chromosome 10q24-q26 that encodes beta-1-adrenergic receptor, a member of the G protein-coupled receptor superfamily, which mediates catecholamine-induced activation of adenylate cyclase. ADRB1 binds epinephrine and norepinephrine with the same affinity.
