Q. What is a best home workout for weight loss around the stomach and waist?

I can't go outside a lot, so I do Pilates. I want to know more workouts for weight loss.
A1There is no natural way to target your stomach fat. You can pay for lipo suction, but that is the easy and expensive way out. Plus if you don't put the work into it then you won't appreciate the results as much.

I would focus on a total body fat loss program. Combining cardio with resistance training and sprinkling in some high intensity interval training is a great way to boost your fat loss. Then focus on eating healthier. Start off slowly though so that you don't get overwhelmed and feel like quitting. Go for walks, eat a few meals a day that are healthier with fruits and veggies, then eat regularly for the rest of the day. The point is to gradually transform your habits into healthier ones.
A2As far as I know you can't specifically lose weight around the waste. Your body fills out and draws back fat in a natural pattern. But to lose weight, aerobic exercise is best. Running/Bicycling/Swimming Ect. If you cant go outside try an exercise bike or elliptical. Its a lot easier on joints for those who need it. Here is a video with some exercises to do at home-
A3Melissa is right, it is more about overall fat, not just belly fat. And you can't really lose fat in spots. So best way to drop fat is through good cardio exercise. If you can't go for a run or do a big bike ride, then you can do stuff this combo:
Use a skipping rope - do 100, and jump as high as you can over the rope.
Then do 20 lunges on each side
Now run on the spot with high knees for 1 min
Now do 50 crunches
Then do 100 star jumps
Now do 20 push ups (press ups - whatever you call them)
Now try doing 10 tuck jumps
Now do 50 crunches.
This is a really cool combo of exercises that get your heart rate up, and then toning exercise whilst your body is in fat burning mode.
