Q. What she should do, if found positive?

my wife who is 31 years, had breast cancer history in her family and I have advised her to have a test. She will have her test done next week. What she should do, if found positive?
AI think you must pray that she is not positive, but if found positive let the doctor start the treatment and she should cooperate with doctor. She needs to learn about her problem and also the ways to cope them, like by having good diet and fitness, which she would require when the treatment or surgery will be done. Thanks ....and hope she is not positive…

Q. What are carbohydrates and where they are found and what is their nutritional value?

A1You got it.
A2They are compound made of carbon, hydrogen and oxygen. They are commonly found in almost all food we eat like sugar, milk, cereals, fruits, vegetables, legumes, etc. Even pastries, snack food, beverages have carbohydrates in high amount. It gives energy to the body and makes you active and helps you to think and so is the main constituent of your diet.
A3They are called organic compounds- with saccharides being the most important, and include starch, celluose, and glycogen. Carbohydrates are the main source of energy for all bodily functions, as well as are necessary to metabolize the nutrients from the food you eat. If you are low on carbohydrates, you will be fatigued, depressed, and your heart will act weird from lack of electrolytes.

Q. how can i deal with my newly found pulic speaking anxiety?

A1From what I understand, some studies have shown that more people harbor a fear of public speaking than do of death.
My best advice would be to begin by practicing speaking before a mirror, picturing someone else's face. Then try speaking before friends.
Community colleges and adult learning programs often have classes/workshops on speech, and I personally found such a class to have been extremely valuable.
Best of luck to you.
A2Well, it really depends on how severe this anxiety is. Does is bother you every day? Does it keep you from doing things you would otherwise do such as meet up with people, friends or co-workers? If so, I would suggest you will seek medical/psychiatric/physcological care, because talking to someone about it may help you overcome this anxiety, and decide maybe you can benefit from medications. Cognitive behavioural therapy is nowadays a very good acceptable treatment in specific phobias, such as public phobia.

Q. I am getting married soon and my fiancé drinks alcohol which I found while partying with him.

I am getting married soon and my fiancé drinks alcohol which I found while partying with him and he takes alcohol heavily and goes unconscious. I am worried about the alcoholism, whenever I see him drinking. When do its symptoms appear with chronic drinkers like After 10 years...20 years???
A1binge drinking does not considered as being an alcoholic. and if you ask me being addicted to alcohol is more about your natural inclination to get addicted to things (drugs, gambling, doughnuts). i suggest talking to him and seeing if it's a regular habit or just binge drinking in parties.
A2I think for me it took just 5 minutes to become an alcoholic... one beer and I was hooked. That being said... it took me about 19 years of misery before I got to the point where I was beaten into a degree of reasonableness. I am well 10 years now………..

Q. When I did attend my Gym, I found out that my asthma symptoms came back.

hi all…..I am asthmatic from my child and completely dependent on asthma inhalers since then, though I had no problem with medications and anytime extra exposure to allergens increases my incidence for asthma. I did join a Gym as I love exercise and always dreamt on building my muscles. The point is that when I did attend my Gym, I found out that my asthma symptoms came back vigorously doctor told me not to go for heavy exercise. I am disappointed and upset as I need to go for Gym. It really made me feel dejected. I need help from someone here.
A1hello amanda..i understand where you are comming from..but..when people have a disease, like this and others...you should learn all about how to not have an attack...you just have to accept the fact that you have this problem, and you cannot allways do the things you like to do....i was born with asthma,as a child i was in and out of hospitals about 4times a year,i was always ther for a week or two...all most died one time, most of my problems were at that time...not knowing what not to do..i wish you luck....mrfoot56
A2Hello, I do understand your concern. However you need to understand the dynamics of your body and phase your exercise accordingly. There are many other activities that you can commit and I hope that would help you to keep you in high spirits. The best exercises that I can suggest you would be swimming, walking, cycling, yoga etc. I hope these will help you to maintain your body fit both physical and mental aspects. Please do not try heavy workouts as they might cause harm.

Q. Are there any goals set for fitness training depending on the person’s health and age?

I am a guy who satisfies others’ needs without any selfish motive. But I worry whether I am able to satisfy my girlfriend’s wish. She wants me to develop my body by going to a gym. Spurred on by my romantic frame of mind, I joined a gym last month and soon I was admitted in hospital. Doctors said that I didn’t follow the right procedure or could have not taken right guidance from a fitness trainer. I doubt my fitness trainer or the procedure that he used to guide me was right or wrong. Now please let me know that before you enroll in a gym what are the things that the fitness trainer will suggest and are the exercises tailor-made for each person? Are there any goals set for fitness training depending on the person’s health and age? Can I satisfy my girl-friend’s wish finally?
AI too think so... It depends on the club and how competent/capable the trainer is. Most of the trainers will execute an initial testing to determine body fat, flexibility, blood pressure, etc. You will be asked your goals – the greater the strength, the more endurance, etc. Some will recommend specific exercise if you request them. Most of the trainers at gyms will suggest exercises after you join, so you need to ask questions before you join to determine what will and can be done. Other members can also be asked how they have been guided. Stop by at the gym several times before you join to see how crowded they are, if the equipment would be made available to you when you need it and if it is kept clean and hygienic. There are no set standards, so the person involved should be aware and informed. Do not strain yourself too much. All the best in your life!

Q. I had found a lump during self breast examination.why is the lump growing?

) I am 23 years old. I had found a lump during self breast examination. I didn’t have pain in my breast. I went to the doctor for checkup. Many tests were done and no treatment is prescribed. No medicines were given. I suddenly found that the lump had almost doubled in size a month after my check with the doctor. They had previously told me that I do not have breast cancer. If that’s the case, why is the lump growing?
AA breast cancer can double in a month in some younger women. But its occurrence is very less. And your doctor had made it clear that you do not have a breast cancer. Some infection can also cause lumps. Lumps in breast can also be formed because of fat and blood vessels. There are chances that it may be fibro adenoma. This also grows like a tumor. No treatment is given as it can reduce in size but if it increases then it have to be removed by a surgery. So you must meet your doctor.
