Q. I had sugery on a fractured heel what is the recovery process?

Wanting to meet people who are going thru this now or have already recovered from this injury. What should I expect?
A1Hey doyen_98, I was wondering how the recovery was coming along. How long ago have you had the surgery?
A2i broke my heel in a football game- they inserted a metal plate and screw it. You won't be able to put any weight on your foot for approximately 10 weeks after surgery. When you begin walking, you may need to use a cane and wear a special boot. It may take up to a year for the injury to heal completely. now i can walk and run but not to play football... be ready for this- your leg could not be the same again. but that really depends on your type of injury.
good luck!!

Q. what tests do i need to do in order to discover cancer on advance to increase the recovery chance?

Ait's complicated. if there are no signs for it- there is a slim chance you'll get any diagnose. there are do many types of cells in the body.

Q. i have a small cack in my back bone wht is the recovery time for it

Ait can take 3-5 weeks. depends on many things, like age, gender etc.

Q. how are the chances for complete recovery from breast cancer?

Is it always necessary to remove a breast? does it come with a lot of phisical pain? my sister is treated for her breast cancer these days and I want to be as knowlegable and as supportive as possible.
A1thank you joseph83, I will check it out right away, I wasn't here for a few days since I was with her in the hospital. really worried... if anybody has any more answers, I would really appreciate it. thank you.
A2breast cancer usually has a good prognosis. and that because it is spotted early (there is a general awareness of the illness and it's easy to spot). but the prognosis depends on the time it was found. timing is everything, the stage of the cancer is, determines the the treatment.
here is what every stage means:

Q. I am scheduled for scope surgery for a torn meniscus on my knee and what is the duration for recovery?

Has anyone had this surgery for a torn meniscus? How did you deal with this recovery?
AThe recovery process is individual, and you cannot predict it in advance. I know someone who has done it and was able to go back to exercising regularly after 2 months. I would think the recovery from the surgery itself is a matter of few weeks until you can walk properly, however you should still give your knee a break and rest for a while after.

Q. If the lie is our truth & living the truth feels fake & unreal how do we persevere to the needed chang

there's the real me, good & underdeveloped. there is the worldly me, challenged as all of us probably are. there is the addict me, afflicted half or more of my life, developed & strong. two out of three are tough odds to deal with...
Athe battle against your own self is harsh and there will be casualties. reality is based on your own definition of the world around you, but it also based on how the world defines you. this is your escape from the inner struggle- define yourself and your actions not by your own faulty judgment but by how the world and it's moral judge you.
good luck.
