Q. Is there something I could do in order to prevent headaches?

I have headaches often and somebody told me that there're steps to be taken in order to prevent headaches so often... Please help...
A1I just read your question on headaches. I have them occasionally as well. I don't like to take over the counter medication for headaches, so I rely on herbal supplemnts. You are ayoung man so I'm assuming you are very healthy. This herbal supplement shouldn't hurt you. It's very safe. I take at least 2 Valerian root capsules before going to bed. It relaxes your body abd it helps to eliminate headeaches. It also lowers the blood pressure which can sometimes cause headaches. Be sure you rule out any oraganic problems which can also cause headaches. You can find Valerian root at any health food/ organic markets. Also look at your diet MSG in food gives me headaches as well. I can always tell if it's present in foods right after I eat something processed. I stick with whole foods and I do yoga which helps as well. Let me know how if this works.

A2If you have migraines then this will help. A migraine headache is often described as throbbing and usually felt on only one side of your head, but may be felt on both. A migraine may make you feel lightheaded or dizzy and/or make your stomach upset. You may see spots or be sensitive to light, sounds and smells. If you get migraines, chances are one of your parents or other family members also have had this problem. Not all headaches require medical attention. Some result from missed meals or occasional muscle tension and are easily remedied. But some types of headache are signals of more serious disorders, and call for prompt medical care. Sensitivity to light is a standard symptom of the two most prevalent types of migraine headache: classic and common. The major difference between the two types is the appearance of neurological symptoms 10 to 30 minutes before a classic migraine headache.

Q. Alcohol designator Order?

What is an Alcohol designator Order?
A1Hello friend, Council can apply for an order to restrict public drinking in a particular area or areas. An order sets out the public areas affected e.g. streets, parks and open spaces, where the police could ask people to stop drinking alcohol if their behavior is deemed to be anti social. The police will be able to confiscate and dispose the alcohol and people could face a fine of up to £500 or arrest for refusing to cooperate.
A2I believe it means you cant drive without someone else in the car?

Q. What actions should i take in order to keep my self in a sharp and restricted fitness control?

A1I would try some body weight circuits 3 to 4 times a week.
A2I believe that the most powerful action to keep our body in shape and healthy condition is the power of our MIND. "if there's a will, there is a way"

So, some actions you can do are :
- be discipline to yourself, follow regular schedule of exercises
- eat healthy foods
- have a regular (once in 6 months) medical check up

Good luck, and stay healthy always!

Q. I have dislocated my shoulder for the 3rd time, what I can do in order to avoid surgery?

This is an old injury that keeps coming back. I have been dealing with this unstable shoulder for more than 5 years now. In the past few weeks I've visited 3 different doctors, all said that I can't avoid surgery this time or it with keep on dislocating spontaneously. Even though the docs are thinking that it's a lost cause,I got a really good feeling that I will manage to fix my shoulder 100% with no surgery involved. Is there any known therapy I should try before admitting to my surgery?
A1Here (http://orthopedics.about.com/cs/generalshoulder/a/bankart_2.htm and http://orthopedics.about.com/cs/shouldersurgery/a/dislocation_3.htm) you can find a discussion about your dillema - surgery or not
A2After the pain and swelling go down, your doctor may prescribe physical therapy. This helps restore your shoulder's range of motion and strengthens your muscles. In addition, physical therapy may also help prevent future dislocations.
If your shoulder dislocation recurs often, a brace can sometimes help. However, if physical therapy and a brace do not work, then you may need surgery to repair or tighten torn or stretched ligaments. This will help keep the joints in place.

Q. how do Asthma develops ? what ways do i have in order to make my life more easy though i have Asthma?

AAsthma develops due to exaggerated response of the body's immune response to substances we inhale (allergens) that cause inflammation in the lower airways (similar process to that in sore throat, but chronic). This inflammation cause narrowing of the airways that results in cough, shortness of breath, reduced exercise ability, lung infections etc. The disease may also cause, upon exposure to allergens and other stimuli (exercise, cold air, various chemicals, infections etc.) acute attacks of airway narrowing that may be dangerous.

What to do? Asthma management is joint action of the patient and his doctor. You may work to recognize the stimuli in your environment that cause attacks and exacerbations of your asthma and learn to avoid them, make sure to take your medications, monitor your lung functions at home (usually done with a whistle-like gauge that mesureas the peak flow), avoid smoking etc.
