Q. what is more healthy, brown sugar or fruit sugar?

A2latest researches indicates that there are no difference between white sugar and brow sugar. they are both contain carbohydrates, which is bad for you.
about fructose - i don't think the difference is too big, one difference is that the intestine absorbs the glucose with other receptor

Q. Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables? what would i gain if i'll do so?

AIt is a good idea to cut back on red-meat consumption, and increase the amount of fruit and vegetables in your diet, as these factors can lower the risk for developing colo-rectal cancer, whereas red meat has been found to be a risk factor in developing the disease. Other than that, fruit and vegetables are rich with fibers, that can ease constipation and help the digestive system.

Q. Can certain fruits/veggies make Ritalin less effective?

I've heard this about oranges and lemons - is it true? How about other produce? How much does it weaken Ritalin? Will taking a higher dose resolve the problem? (I currently take 10mg morning and 10mg afternoon)
AAs far as I know, oranges and lemons don't affect Ritalin. However, taking the Ritalin with food may increase the amount of drug that actually get into your body, but it depends on the specific formulation (e.g. Concerta isn't affected by food). One that takes Ritalin should avoid alcoholic drinks, since it may cause decrease activity of the brain, and also should avoid herbs of several kinds (yohimbine and ephedra).

A1eating more fruits and vegetables will bring a positive effect for your body health, but the most important source of protein is coming from meat, and there's no such valid evidence-based-data to show us that meat is no good for our body.

so, as long as you eat all those meat, fruit, vegetables, and even carbs in proper amount, you will probably get no harmful effect.

A2Meat is an important constitute of our nutrition, although not essential, and more important, depends on the type and amount. Generally, lean meat (e.g. chicken or turkey) is preferred over red meat, and the amount shouldn't be excessive.

Fruits and vegetables may supply you with vitamins; fluids and large low-calorie bulk of food that may help you keep ideal weight.

I am 53 YO Male with exessive urinary frequency. Is there a fruit, food, drink, pill, mojo, that would help me with this problem? I am talking about urinating 3 to 4 times every night, and or while watching TV, every hour or so. No pain, yet, an occacional after drip that is very anoying. A1Thanks for the heads-up. One of my issues is that I LOVE coffee, thus, reducing my daily consumption of 2-3 cups could be a problem.
A2I don't know about any food that specifically targets this problem, although some steps you may take include avoiding fluids prior to bedtime or before going out, reducing consumption of mild diuretics (substances that make you produce urine) such as caffeine and alcohol, and double voiding to empty the bladder more completely.

AHello sir, surely you can eat any kind of fruit, regardless of the sugar content. The point is you need to spread across the amount of fruits you eat, including a wide variety of different fruits. In general everyone has to eat at least five portions of fruits and vegetables every day. Spreading the fruit you eat through the day will avoid a sudden rise in blood glucose levels.

A1actually men under 50 should have 38 grams a day of fiber. here is a nice article about fiber consuming and a list of foods that contain fiber and the amount of it:
A2Adult men should have over 30 grams of fiber a day which you can easily get by eating 3 servings of vegetables, 3 servings of fruit,2 servings of whole grain foods, and 1 serving of legume, such as lentils.
