|A||It is just a thought/feel/rumor. Don’t worry about people talk. But it is important to remember, vaccines protect and save lives. According to the American Academy of Pediatrics, vaccines are the single-most powerful, cost-effective public health intervention ever developed. Because of the availability of vaccines, few children in the United States are harmed by measles, polio, tetanus or other serious vaccine-preventable diseases. If parents stopped getting vaccines for their children the number of cases of these diseases will increase and so will the number of serious health problems and deaths.|
Q. What benefits does yoga have on nutritional disorder?
I've heard yoga can help "organize" the daily nutrition and the metabolism? Is it true? Does anyone know how it does it?? Unfortunately I deal with nutrition issues all day long and would love to find something to make it go away...
|A||I am not sure I know of any relation between yoga and organizing daily nutrition.. Yoga is a very good physical activity for back problems, muscle pain and flexibility, and it does make you burn some calories via using your muscles, however it is not an aerobic physical activity and it does not help burn fat like running, riding a bike or swimming.|
Q. Can diet change do some benefit?
I am getting sick of my husband these days, he is gaining on his snoring and I worry about my sleepless nights and the stress it’s giving to me...…he just gets anger with me when I criticize about his snoring …..Can diet change do some benefit?
|A||If your hubby is not obese then I suggest you to keep him away from drinking or consuming any dairy products or having big meal just before his sleep as it causes mucus build up in the throat and the lungs. Going to bed with such a build up will cause him to snore and a full stomach will push on the diaphragm and this limit breathing.|

|A||Any activity will give strength whether mental or physical. While intentionally picked exercises helps physically and mentally in a regulated way. Physically they improve blood flow to body and make them strong and distribute nutrients. Mentally it helps to improve cognitive function, it protects brain cell and helps in depression reduction.|

my mom says to have oranges and my dad tells to have lot of grapefruits…both my dad and mom are healthy …I am really confused that which one is good among them and has, what special benefits?
|A1||from what i know- he whole vitamin C in citrus is pretty much an urban legend. it's very small amounts and get oxygenated very fast after making juice out of it. but i do know that red grapefruits has a tremendous amount of antioxidants that are proven to be helpful against heart conditions and atherosclerosis.|
|A2||Hey….Both the fruits have the same nutritional values. The only difference is that orange has fewer vitamins A and antioxidants. Both are good source of Dietary Fiber and Vitamin C and are low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. Eat both to keep your parents and health happy.|

I have heard of watermelon diet. What are the benefits of having this diet? Does it provide any special benefit to us? I am curious to know the advantages of having it. Is there any adverse effect of having this diet?
|A||There is no such diet like watermelon diet. You can just include watermelon in your regular diet every day. Watermelon is rich in antioxidant, lycopene, which reduces the risk of cancer. Regular intake of watermelon is considered to reduce weight gain. Including watermelon in your normal diet can make your diet much better in terms of calories as well as protection from free radicals and will also help you in keeping you hydrated. This fruit will be of great help in summer season where the water loss will be more and you can compensate adequate water in your body by having this fruit.|
