Q. ALLERGIES

what are they, who gets them, are they caused by pollen and food?
AAllergy is the exaggerated and out-of-place reaction of the immune system to external substances or stimuli that are not harmful to the body, so the reaction actually damages the body instead of helping it.

The may be pollen and foods, as well as insect stings, drugs and almost any other substances.

A2yup. those things are spread throughout the atmosphere, so it's more likely that they'll be available to allergic people.
A3do you know why?? is it because these are the things most people are exposed to??

A2allergies affect people in diffrerent ways, and it depends on what the allergy is. ( what you are allegic to ) usually if your allergic to something around you, the symptoms consist of itchy watery eyes, a runny nose, sneezing and can you could also experience little red bumps or blotchy patchs of skin that is very itchy and bothersome.

Q. How do I diagnose an allergy?

I think I’m allergic to something. I’ve been having running nose, sneezing, and even problems breathing every once in a while. How can I find the cause?
A1There can be thousands of materials that you are allergic to. But usually people are allergic to the same things (cats, pets in general, type of foods and so forth..). what you can do is an allergy test- It’ll cover most of the usual things. Here is a video that explains it:

A2Well, I work as a teacher. And I’ve been having allergy symptoms for a while and couldn’t find out the reason for it. So I changed every couple of days one thing in me life until I found it! It was an expo marker. A specific one they used in the school that I teach :), I stopped using it and now I’m fine! I recommend!

Q. is allergy can be contagious? what generally , are the symptoms of allergy?

AAllergies cannot be contagious, they are not caused by an infectious cause such as a bacteria or virus, and involve an intrinsic pathogenetic mechanism in each body. Some allergens we are exposed to (different materials) may cause an allergic reaction once, and the "memory" cells in out immune system recognizes the allergen the next time we encounter it, thus causing the pattern of - rashes, itching, sneezing, etc.

Q. what are the most common Allergies we came to be familiar with?

AFood , insect bites and drugs (mainly antibiotics) are considered the most common causes of severe allergic reactions (anaphylaxis), although almost any substances may cause allergy.
