Infectious diseases A clinical complex seen in gonococcal bacteremia characterized by painful and swollen tendons, monoarthralgias or, more commonly, asymmetric polyarthralgias and a skin rash which is macular at onset, and later pustular. See Gonococcal arthritis, Gonorrhea.
