A facial anomaly in which the PFs slope upward, as viewed from outside inward; SPFs may be seen in congenital disorders–eg, Aarskog, Apert, Coffin-Lowry, Cohen, Conradi-Hünermann, DiGeorge, femoral hypoplasia-unusual facies, 5p-, Jarcho-Levin, Miller, Miller-Diker, Nager, Opitz-Frias, partial trisomy 10q, Pfeiffer, rhizomelic chondrodysplasia punctata, Rubenstein-Taybi, Säthre-Chotzen, Sotos, Treacher-Collins, trisomy 9 mosaic, trisomy 9p, trisomy 20p, XXXXX, XXXXY syndromes.
