Richer is in repaying those who made him a multi-millionaire.
Founded in 1978, there are now more than 50
Richer Sounds stores in the UK - and the chain has "always been one of the more forward-looking companies in terms of how it treats its staff" according to The Mirror.

Richer said the "time was right" to hand over the ownership of the business to staff - an announcement that also came as he stepped down from the day-to-day running of the firm.
Mr
Richer, who founded the business in 1978 at the age of 19, had long planned to hand control of the firm to staff and had already written the plan into his will, but wanted to ensure he could oversee the transition.
Richer, 60, who revealed he was stepping down from the day-to-day running of the firm, said the "time was right to leave my company in trust for the benefit of colleagues".
"I have always planned to leave my company in trust on my death for the benefit of the colleagues in the business,"
Richer told the BBC.
Charged with finding
Richer's successor is former ATSC Board Chairman Richard Friedel, who served as EVP/GM of Engineering and Operations for Fox Networks .
One reason for this could be that
richer people are better equipped to keep up with the soaring price of alcohol.
The fund also predicts that Spain will be 7 percent
richer than Italy over the next five years.
