In the late period it may present as arthritis, late
neuroborreliosis, and chronic acrodermatitis (1,2,3).
Their presence can also be found in infectious CNS diseases such as
neuroborreliosis, herpes simplex encephalitis, HIV infection and subacute sclerosing panencephalitis.
The detection of specific intrathecal synthesis of antibodies is a known tool for the diagnosis of infections including herpes simplex virus, varicella zoster virus, measles, rubella,
neuroborreliosis, and human T-cell leukemia virus type 1 (6-8).
Diagnostic serology testing for herpes simplex virus, varicella-zoster virus, enteroviruses,
neuroborreliosis, and syphilis was negative in the CSF.
Lyme
neuroborreliosis (LNB) can rarely present as a stroke due to cerebral vasculitis.

neuroborreliosis and serious heart involvement, parenteral ceftriaxone treatment for 14-21 days is necessary (2).
Some secondary reasons have been reported: herpes zoster, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, nasopharyngeal carcinoma, petrous bone osteoma, and
neuroborreliosis (5,6).
