Rare (35 cases reported), benign entities which are diagnosed incidentally following cardiac surgery. The histology may simulate true neoplasia, but the gross appearance, clinical history and immunohistochemistry (AE1/AE3 negative and CD-68 positive) confirms their benign nature.
