neither ABO nor Rh blood group incompatibility) between baby and mother, this group were called as no
incompatibility group. 47 (28.5%) cases belonged to OA
incompatibility group, 24 (14.5%) of cases belonged to OB
incompatibility group and 13 (7.9%) cases Rh blood group incompatibility.
In ABO
incompatibility group, 90% newborn developed clinical jaundice.

Studies of temperature-sensitive transfer and maintenance of H
incompatibility group plasmids.
Identification and characterization of a novel
incompatibility group X3 plasmid carrying blaNDM-1 in Enterobacteriaceae isolates with epidemiological links to multiple geographical areas in China.
We performed PCR-based replicon typing as described (5) and showed that this [bla.sub.NDM-4]-positive plasmid belonged to the IncFIA
incompatibility group. The IncF
incompatibility group was previously reported to be associated with [bla.sub.NDM-4] and [bla.sub.NDM-5] (3,5).
Plasmid characterization, which has only been accomplished for those plasmids from Canada, France, Spain, and the United Kingdom, classified most of them as members of
incompatibility group FII (5,7,8,17,19).
PBRT results showed that the 13 [bla.sub.VEB-1]-positive plasmids (including 11 qnrAl-positive) belonged to the IncA/C
incompatibility group. DNA sequencing identified the A/[C.sub.2] replicon variant (European Molecular Biology Laboratory no.
Until now, the armA gene has been found only on conjugative plasmids of the IncL/M
incompatibility group and associated with the [bla.sub.CTX-M3] gene coding for a broad-spectrum [beta]-lactamase (11).
Enteritidis, where, for example, a 34-MDa R-plasmid of
incompatibility group N (IncN) (8) and a 36-MDa R-plasmid of IncX (pDEP57) (6) were described.
Most transconjugants with the resistance pattern ACGKSSuTTm had a single
incompatibility group [H.sub.2] plasmid of 120 MDa.
Regardless of phage type, in all MDR strains resistance to chloramphenicol, ampicillin, and trimethoprim has been encoded by plasmids of approximately 100 megadaltons belonging to the [H.sub.1]
incompatibility group.
