Imagineering techniques
▪ Emotivational therapy—Self-administered therapeutic touch or other technique.
▪ Idea therapy—Repetition of affirmations (e.g., I am immune to AIDS).
▪ Verbal therapy—Repetition of words or sounds with or without significance.
