Any congenital disease complex with hamartomas, often associated with neoplasms–eg, dyskeratosis congenita, incontinenti pigmenti, linear nevus sebaceous syndrome, von Recklinghausen's neurofibromatosis, tuberous sclerosis, xeroderma pigmentosa and Gardner, Goltz, Klippel-Trenaunay-Weber, Mafucci, neurocutaneous/McCune-Albright, melanosis, multiple lentigines/LEOPARD, multiple neuroma, Sturge-Weber and von Hippel-Lindau syndromes
