An uncommon, low-grade vascular malignancy occurring in soft tissues, liver, lungs and elsewhere.

Prognosis
Despite ominous clinical, radiologic, and pathologic features, epithelioid hemangioendotheliomas may be indolent and controlled with surgery alone; chemotherapy is ineffective.
