S7 show the melt
endotherm of PP and PP/MWNT nanocomposites with 1 wt% MWNT loading at various cooling and heating rates.
The
endotherm at 155[degrees]C is likely an experimental artifact.
However, the relative species richness of
endotherms is only a coarse metric in this regard.
Similar to the values for the F1 polyester, thermoanalysis of the polymer showed a glass transition temperature [T.sub.g] of 7.0[degrees]C, a cold crystallization point [T.sub.c] at 64.5[degrees]C, and two melting
endotherms [T.sub.m1] and [T.sub.m2] at 128.7 and 138.8[degrees]C (see Table 1).
Conversely, the inverse association between the RPL and altitude appears to bear out Allen's rule (1877) that
endotherms tend to have shorter appendages in colder climates.
Exotherms are characterized by the presence of two crystallization peaks at 61-62 [degrees]C and 98 [degrees]C, whereas the
endotherm has only one broad melting peak at 110-111 [degrees]C.
In the DSC thermogram of ofloxacin, a single melting
endotherm at 277[degrees]C was observed as reported in literature [20].
The University of Sydney study was conducted to determine whether exposure to chronic cold, level of activity, or an interaction between the two worked to reduce the body temperature of an
endotherm such as the bush rat.
To ward off the predators, the
endotherm lets out a terrifying roar.
But, another thought gradually emerged, especially when we recalled that Bakker was the iconoclastic prime mover behind the idea that dinosaurs were
endotherm Thirty years ago this was revolutionary, and it certainly altered many of our views of dinosaur ecology and behavior.
