Surrounding 1161[cm.sup.-1] are located peaks related to the sum of lactose (tertiary alcohol vC-OH) and monosaccharide (
endocyclic oxygen vC-O) signals (Figure 1) [29].
The 3-benzyl-1,3-thiazolidine2-thione ligand offers three types of donor atoms which are thiocarbonyl sulfur atom, the nitrogen atom, and the
endocyclic sulfur atom.
The bond lengths show the
endocyclic N2-C7 bond is shorter than the exo cyclic N1-C7 bond, the N1-C1 bond length is quite long 1.416(3)A.
Loew (1994).Reaction mechanisms of formaldehyde with
endocyclic Imino groups of nucleic acid bases.
Reaction with
endocyclic imino groups of DNA bases.
Key statement: A rubber material is described, modified with a barrier material in the form of a copolymer which can be produced via ring-opening metathesis polymerization of a) at least one olefin monomer selected from the group consisting of monocyclic olefin monomers having one or two
endocyclic C--C double bonds and bicyclic olefin monomers having one
endocyclic C--C double bond and b) at least one polycyclic olefin monomer having at least two C--C double bonds.
The visceral mass consists of a helically twisted
endocyclic type digestive tube and a centrally located axial organ.
These carbohydrate mimics substitute the
endocyclic oxygen of sugars with a basic nitrogen atom.
Hydrogenation in the presence of palladium on carbon catalyst removes the
endocyclic olefin, and the stereochemistry at the alcohol was inverted by converting it into the mesylate, which was then displaced with cesium acetate.
These studies revealed a pattern of
endocyclic selection, that is, opposing directional selection episodes on gene arrangement frequencies during the life cycle.
