(dif-thēr'ē-ă toks'oyd tet'ă-nŭs toks'oyd pĕr-tŭs'is vak-sēn') A vaccine available in three forms: 1) diphtheria and tetanus toxoids plus pertussis vaccine (DTP); 2) tetanus and diphtheria toxoids, adult type (Td); and 3) tetanus toxoid (T). Used for active immunization against diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis.
