(dī-hī'drō-lip-ō-am'id a-sē'til-trans'fĕr-ās), An enzyme that catalyzes the transfer of an acetyl group from S6-acetyldihydrolipoamide to coenzyme A; a part of many enzyme complexes (for example, pyruvate dehydrogenase complex).
