Sexuoeroticism linked to manipulating faecal material. The condition is classified in the DSM-IV as a paraphilia—sexual deviancy—not otherwise specified, defined as a period of 6 months in which (1) there are recurrent, intensely sexually arousing fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviours involving the use of faeces in various ways, and (2) in which the fantasies, sexual urges, or behaviours cause clinically significant distress or impairment in social, occupational, or other important areas of functioning
