No association between SNP-SNP interaction and ACL rupture was revealed for the codominant (Tables 6-8), dominant (Tables 9-11) or recessive (Tables 12-14) models.
At San Juan de la Costa the highest diversity (H' = 4.7) and evenness values (J = 0.75) were recorded at 50 m in June, with a richness of 82 species, with 11 codominant species and two peaks in June and September.
According to the I 2 and P values of the two SNPs, heterogeneity existed in the codominant ( I 2 = 62.6%) model, the homozygous ( I 2 = 55.9%) model, the heterozygous ( I 2 = 62.3%) model, and the dominant ( I 2 = 67.1%) model of rs2234693, as well as the codominant ( I 2 = 78.6%) model, the homozygous ( I 2 = 70.4%) model, the dominant ( I 2 = 64.3%) model, and the recessive ( I 2 = 70.7%) model of rs9340799.

After counseling and informed consent, the patient was treated with a staged treatment approach, beginning with PCI and stent placement in the codominant right coronary artery (RCA).
Four genetic models were analyzed for each ADAM33 polymorphism: allele model (wild vs mutation), codominant model (heterozygote vs wild homozygote, mutational homozygote vs wild homozygote), recessive model (wild homozygote vs heterozygote + wild homozygote), and dominant model (wild homozygote + heterozygote vs wild homozygote).
Dominant and codominant verifiers are scored 2 and 1, respectively.
The SSRs act as codominant Mendelian markers that are more frequent and reproducible than dominant markers and are extensively used to find out the genetic makeup of population (Taylor et al., 1999; Brondani et al., 2000).
