A narcissistic, histrionic, changeable personality that over-reacts to external circumstances, suffers frequent frustration, is often unhappy, angry and resentful and inclined to blame others for the unhappiness. People with cluster B personality often seek psychotherapy but seldom derive permanent benefit from it.
