Copper
cholate gives light blue crystals when precipitated from ethanol, while it gives orange color when precipitated from water.
During the current study, hyperlipidaemic diet containing coconut oil, cholesterol and sodium
cholate was given to animals of all groups.
In some instances, liver injury becomes chronic, causing sclerosis and loss of bile ducts, periportal
cholate stasis, portal fibrosis, and copper accumulation, which may mimic PSC or PBC.
cerevisiae H1022, two of which were found in plasma membrane and solubilized by
cholate or SB 12 (a zwitterionic detergent) and the other was secreted from the cells.

(37) Recently, they proposed a low-cost, scalable process using water-sodium
cholate solution for a stable graphene dispersion.
The soupy solution also contained sodium
cholate to keep all the ingredients from sticking together.
Each rod is coated with a different chemical - a phenylene dendrimer, a cyclodextrin and sodium
cholate - and each changes its rod's resonant frequency in a different way.
Other detergents that have also been used to inactivate the enzyme in a concentration-dependent way are
cholate and CHAPS (10).
