After further evaluation on December 20, 2016, his clinical situation was described as a confused mind status, slowdown gait, and bradypsychia. Another cranium CT was performed which revealed gliosis area, centered midline, ectasia of the ventricles, and zygomatic arch fracture.
This patients has some psychic disturbances- the patient is selfish, with increased irritability bradypsychia and Dementia appears later.
