This seems to indicate that the filling used may promote bone modeling of the alveolus and prevent the long-term contraction of the marginal ridge, which is consistent with other studies in which bone fillings were used alone or combined with osseointegrated implants.
In addition another gene TREM-2 of TNF has been implicated in the control of bone modeling and brain function.40 Wilde et al41 demonstrated periostin (a 90 kDa protein) showing a divergent expression pattern in PDL fibroblasts and osteoblastic cells in alveolar bone surfaces even after 168 hours of tooth movement.
In method 1, this operation was performed on Bio-CAD software, while method 2, the insertion of implant in bone modeling was performed on CAD software.
The most common radiological signs are disseminated sclerosis at the skull, vertebrae, pelvis, or appendicular bones, "bone-in-bone" sign at the vertebra and phalanx, bone modeling defects at the metaphyses of long bones, for example a funnel-like appearance (Erlenmeyer flask deformity), and sandwich vertebra sign.

Bone tissue and the associated mechanism of bone modeling as well as bone remodeling are not completely understood yet due to the complex hierarchical structure of that material [11, 12].
