Thanks to the Children of the 90s study we were able to look, for the first time, at children in great detail as they grow into young adults and observe their
bone density. I'd like to see more advice available for people who reach puberty later on measures they can take to strengthen their bones.
A T-score of-1.0 or above is normal

One study measured bone mineral density in two groups treated with different doses of AlgaeCal; but, the participants' treatment regimen also included a different AlgaeCal product designed to improve
bone density (a strontium supplement).

Previous studies [17, 18] indicate that exercise can improve
bone density and decrease the number of fractures in elderly persons.
For instance, guidelines for starting drag therapy for osteoporosis are based on
bone density combined with risk classification scores but it's not clear if repeated testing has any value, and the interval that is most effective is not known.
