Urology Any treatment for muscle-invading urinary bladder cancer that is designed to retain bladder function; BCT consists of complete transurethral “stripping” of transitional–urothelial epithelium, followed by induction chemoradiotherapy–cisplatin with 40 + Gy of RT, or preceded by MTX, cisplatin, vinblastine Prognosis Good.
