bear track retinopathy

A multifocal form of congenital hypertrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium or congenital grouped pigmentation of the retina, in which there are numerous groups of slate-grey or black lesions of varying size that radiate away from the optic disc. The lesions are asymptomatic and are found during routine fundal examination.
