asymptomatic neurosyphilis

a·symp·tom·at·ic neu·ro·syph·i·lis

clinically nonapparent (except, possibly, for abnormal pupils) syphilitic meningeal infection, diagnosed by examination of the cerebrospinal fluid; if untreated, often develops into some form of symptomatic neurosyphilis.
