Arable farming: Since the 1840s, crop production in Wales has slumped 85%, from 2,561ha to just 385ha.
Children in Year 1 and Year 2 have had an opportuntity to visit the Co-Operative Farm at Ashby St Ledgers to learn about
arable farming and do some cooking using products grown on the farm.
