alpha-dextrin endo-1,6-alpha-glucosidase

α-dex·trin en·do-1,6-α-glu·co·si·dase

(deks'trin en'dō glū-kō'si-dās),
An enzyme with action similar to that of isoamylase; it cleaves 1,6-α-glucosidic linkages in pullalan, amylopectin, and glycogen, and in α- and β-amylase limit dextrins of amylopectin and glycogen. Compare: isoamylase.
