alpha (alpha)-dextrin endo-1,6-alpha-glucosidase

alpha (α)-dex·trin en·do-1,6-α-glu·co·si·dase

(al'fă deks'trin en'dō-al'fă-glū-kō'si-dās)
An enzyme with action similar to that of isoamylase; it cleaves 1,6-α-glucosidic linkages in pullalan, amylopectin, and glycogen, and in α- and β-amylase limit-dextrins of amylopectin and glycogen.
