vagovagal reflex

va·go·va·gal re·flex

bradycardia with arterial hypotension, often with supraventricular arrhythmias; ascribed to stimulation, especially mechanical, of afferent vagal pathways in the abdomen, thorax, or airway, the efferent arc comprising vagal cardioinhibitory fibers.
