Rough Sleepers Consortium

A multi-agency group in the UK which brought together a wide cross-section of voluntary and statutory organisations to share understanding and co-operate together in tackling homelessness. In Watford, factions of the Consortium evolved into the Prevention of Homelessness consortium.
