RIPK4

A gene on chromosome 21q22.3 that encodes a serine/threonine/ tyrosine kinase, which is a transcriptional target of TP63. RIPK4 plays a role in NF-kappaB activation, and it interacts with PRKCB, TRAF1, TRAF2, TRAF3, TRAF5, BIRC2/c-IAP1, BIRC3/c-IAP2 and XIAP/BIRC4.
