Pa·get cell

(paj'ĕt sel)
A relatively large, neoplastic epithelial cell (carcinoma cell) with a hyperchromatic nucleus and abundant palely staining cytoplasm; in Paget disease of the breast, such cells occur in neoplastic epithelium in the ducts and in the epidermis of the nipple, areola, and adjacent skin.
