As explained in Figure 2, we increased PLGA molecular weight, viscosity of the nonsolvent, and the PLGA concentration to decrease the diffusivity ([D.sub.NAC-NS]).
Results: Strong diffuse cytoplasmic reactivity was observed in more than 50% of the tumor cells of AdCC whereas less than 20% of cells showed negative to weak positivity in PLGA. Hence, the difference in the expression of c-kit between AdCC and PLGA was statistically significant (p value <0.002).
Contact angle analysis was performed on five samples of each type of scaffold (PLGA/BSA/VEGF, PLGA/BSA, and 13% PLGA).
As listed in Table 1, [X.sub.1] is the PLGA concentration (% w/v), [X.sub.2] is the nHA content (% w/w), and is the TIPS temperature ([degrees]C).
Weekly subcutaneous doses of the PLGA XR formulation of zilucoplan in non-human primates rapidly achieved and maintained target drug concentrations for 14 days.
Summary: Officials said the Maoist cadre led by elusive Naxal commander Hidma and his PLGA battalion no 1 could be behind the deadly attack
The researchers used silica nanoparticles about 10 nanometers in diameter to carry luciferase, and they used slightly larger particles of the polymers PLGA and chitosan to carry luciferin and coenzyme A, respectively.
