Certain mudras in yoga -- such as vajroli mudra and aswini mudra -- are specifically meant to tone up the
PC muscle.
Both sexes have this muscle and, as luck would have it, in men the
PC muscle supports the penis.
A good way to find your
PC muscle is when you are in the bathroom urinating, attempt to stop the urine stream; the muscle that stops the urine stream is the
PC muscle.
As you breathe in, contract your
pc muscle (see tip 3).

PC muscle group encircles the uretha (the canal through which urine is discharged) and the rectum--its strength is crucial to proper bladder and bowel function.
This takes practice and the restart can be messy but the

PC muscles, providers may insert one gloved finger into the vagina and ask the patient to contract the pevlic muscles you would use to stop the flow of urine while keeping the anus and legs relaxed (Pair & Somerall, 2018).
Regular exercising of your
PC muscles (repetitively squeezing the muscle you use to cut off the flow of urine) makes virtually any intercourse position heaven for him.
Try not to tense other muscles in the area and only clench and release the
PC muscles. Build up slowly to five sets a day.
