nonunion with bone loss and leg shortening caused by suppurative osteomyelitis of the femur.
In this case, the Court unanimously allowed unions to charge fair share fees to
nonunion workers to pay for the cost of the collective bargaining the union provides to all workers in the bargaining unit, both members and nonmembers.

Follow-up radiographs revealed a
nonunion at the fracture site with displacement of the fragments [Figure 2]a.
As shown in table 1,
nonunion were found in 19 (12.66%) out of 150 patients.
